About Napoleon
Napoleon is a Provisional Psychologist who works with adults and adolescents (16+). He takes a goal-directed, evidence-based approach to therapy, working collaboratively with clients within a space that is open, non-judgmental, and curious; with the belief that meaningful progress comes from tailoring sessions to each person's values, motivations, and individual experience.
His approach is informed by a cognitive framework, grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, drawing on complementary evidence-based approaches to help clients identify and reshape patterns of thinking and behaviour so they can better align with their values and future goals.
Areas of Interest
Napoleon works with clients across a range of presentations, with a particular focus on mood, anxiety-related difficulties and ADHD. In working with ADHD, he has an interest in supporting clients to understand their experience and develop practical strategies to manage day-to-day challenges and work toward their goals. Additionally, he has an interest in the psychological impact of chronic illness, supporting clients in adjusting to diagnosis and responding to the emotional demands of ongoing health conditions.
